Cancellation policy
We rely on the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Cancellation fees are:
- No fee up to 3 months prior to arrival
- 40 % of the total agreed price up to 1 month prior arrival
- 70 % of the total agreed price up to 1 week prior arrival
- 90 % of the total agreed price in the last week prior arrival
Additional information
- We offer you free parking space in front of our farm
- Smoking is not allowed in our rooms
- The minimum-stay is 3 nights
- We do not accept pets in the rooms
- You can pay the room at arrival or make a bank transfer before arrival
